Around the Redlands
The Redlands has distinct communities, made up of mainland suburbs and island villages.
The Bay Islands consist of four small but special islands. These are Russell, Macleay, Lamb and Karragarra Island.
Coochiemudlo Island, or Coochie as it is often referred to, is just a few minutes by ferry from the mainland.
North Stradbroke Island, our most well known island, is made up of three main communities - Dunwich, Amity Point and Point Lookout.
Our mainland suburbs include the bushland of Mount Cotton, the business district of Capalaba and the civic centre of Cleveland.
